Allah’s great creations are not only seen at the
existence of the universe, the earth, the sky, the stars and the sun including
other huge planets, but it can also be seen from the tiniest thing in life.
The development of
science technology proves that living things are actually made up of a complex
structure and simply perfect. It is impossible to say that it happened on its
own. This proves that all lives are created by a Great Power.
The discovery of the century is the breakthrough of a perfect
structure in the human and animals’ body cell which is called DNA. It is a
result of the development in genetic field and it is the sign of Allah’s
creation to be witnessed.
Allah s.w.t. said: “We will show them Our signs in the horizons and
within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth. But is
it not sufficient concerning your Lord that He is, over all things, a Witness?”

What
Is DNA?
DNA is the abbreviation of Deoxyribonucleic
acid. It is found within nucleus of every human and animal cell including
bacteria. All cells in our body contain DNA except for the red blood cell. DNA
is the essence of every cell and it contains all basic genetic information of
an individual. It is also known as inheritance molecule because DNA inherits
the nature of the parent organism to their descendants.
Each
human cell contains a nucleus. In the nucleus contains 46 pairs of chromosome
that consists of 2 million DNA and 3 billion DNA subunits. It is like a human
data bank. Information kept in the DNA acts to control thousands of uncountable
physiology and metabolism changes daily. It also acts to contribute to human
physical characteristics such as colour of the hair, eyes, skin, height, shape
of the nails, nose and much more. It even affects the changes in heart
pressure, sugar and cholesterol level in oneself.
Scientists
worldwide had vigorously done research to translate approximately 3 billion DNA
codes available in 1 cell. As a result, up to present only 85% of 1 human cell
is being translated and arranged. Even though this is an outstanding
achievement, yet Dr. Francis Collins, chief scientist who led the research
admitted that until now they only managed to achieve the first level in
translating the information within DNA of a cell.
Gigantic
Encyclopedia in Tiny Human Cell
Information kept in DNA is rather
surprising. If it is written on a piece of paper, information kept in the DNA
per cell can resemble about 1 million pages of an encyclopedia. This means 1
cell of the human body contains 1 million pages of information related to
physiology and physical of a person. All physiology and metabolism reactions
that happen daily are determined by the information contained in the DNA.
Analogically,
23 volumes of Britannica Encyclopedia is the largest encyclopedia that contains
25000 pages. Therefore, in the nucleus molecule right in the middle of the
cell, information of 40 times more than the largest world encyclopedia is kept,
or equivalent to 920 volumes of the encyclopedia. If all volumes are arranged
on the floor, it will reach a height of 70 meters tall or equivalent to a
20-storey building. If it is written on papers, and the papers are connected
and spread, it will cover a distance resembling as far as crossing the Atlantic
Ocean.
Those examples are
to picture the quantity of information kept in the DNA of a cell. It is not a
sophisticated computer or a library. It is only a tiny molecule kept in the
cell and unable to be viewed by the naked eye.
Man’s
Computer vs Allah’s Computer
In the technology era, human uses
computers to store information. It is considered as the most advanced
technology to store and manage information. At the early stages of its
invention, the size of a computers is extremely gigantic similar to a room.
However, it has a limited capacity of storing information. Technology
development has made the size shrink and the capacity of storing becomes better
with the storage of information in a tiny microchip.
Yet, human’s technology is left behind, compared to Allah’s
information storage technology in a cell. The “computer” that Allah produced is
so minute until it cannot be seen by the naked eye. But its information storage
capacity is a no competition to any sophisticated manmade computers.
The
Crash of Superficial Theory
The evolution theory proclaimed by
Charles Darwin back then received great response from the Western scientists.
They put the effort to perform researches in order to support Darwin’s statement.
Research by research led to failure. They even deceitfully made false discovery
to prove the illogical statement. They argued with “coincidentally” for every
research.
As an analogy, one
day we found a diskette on a table of a computer laboratory. After exploring
the content, to our aghast the diskette contains billions of specific
information related to human. Who wrote this information? That is the first
question that comes to mind. Did the information write by itself? It’s
impossible, right?
Therefore, the
same question should be asked to cells. If the information in the diskette is
written by someone, therefore who wrote our DNA? Even writing technology in
cells is way more developed and perfect. It is impossible that the great
structure existed without a Creator. It is not surprising that those scientists
who stood up for the evolution theory is not capable to explain the discovery
of DNA. They were deadlocked and stated that it is all coincidence, to uphold
their superficial theory.
When they were unable to clarify the
origin of DNA, they were also shocked with the questions that locked their
brain. As an example, why are there differences in DNA
of human, cat, bird and many more? If genetic information coincidentally came
from the same source, definitely every living creature will have the same DNA.
